Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. You create your account with your email and use Starter for free as long as you like. For the first 14 days you get the full Business plan so you can try it out.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account goes back to Starter. Nothing is deleted: your customers, complaints, sales and plans stay there. Only the free plan limits apply.
How do I pay?
For now, by bank transfer (SPEI, in Mexico), monthly or yearly, with an invoice. You request it from your account under My plan and we send you the payment details.
Who counts as a person?
Everyone who signs in with their own user: you, your admins and your team members, including pending invitations. Your customers don't count.
